About Four Cups
We love building great products and building great companies. We've been wanting to share how to do both when time and money are short. Thus Four Cups was born.
We're New York and San Francisco based techies at early stage startups. We love working with great people and tinkering with new technologies. We look for tools and processes that make us more agile, leaner, faster and more badass.
Oskar
Even though having worked up and down the technology stack (we are talking all the way down), Oskar has found his happy place in the exhilarating intersection of entrepreneurial business development, engineering, and design; a place made possible only by the startups. He is currently the cofounder and CTO of Peek, a travel activities startup in San Francisco. When not plugged into the digital collective, Oskar can be found either traveling, roaming back-country roads on his motorcycle, or further nurturing his artistic needs in his darkroom, engulfed in red light and chemical fumes.

Phil
Phil loves all aspects of building great experiences - from design to validation to engineering. He's built UI on several platforms. His excitement over UX led him to abandon financial sense and to take a year off from work to cross-train in interaction design and usability. The year off was just enough time to realize that making something "simple", "clean", and "easy to use", and to do it quickly, is a lot more work than it seems. He works at a realtime media startup in New York.
